Our story

From the catch to your chopsticks

We opened Nori Nori for people who eat with their eyes first and still care what's under the sauce.

  1. Step 1: Flown in fresh

Salmon from Norway, and tuna and yellowtail from Japan, land in Dubai several times a week and stay chilled the whole way to our counter.

  2. Step 2: Sliced to order

Nothing is pre-cut. Our chefs slice every piece when your order comes in, so it meets the rice at its best.

  3. Step 3: Rolled in front of you

Grab a seat at the 12-seat hand roll bar and watch your roll come together in under a minute.

The crispy rice alone is worth the trip to Downtown. We ordered it twice.

Layla, Dubai Marina

Finally a sushi spot that's fun and still takes the fish seriously.

Omar, Business Bay

Came for the photos, stayed for the hand rolls. The matcha is unreal.
